Usage of hot bulb electric anemometer

1 The construction principle is an instrument that can measure low wind speed, and its measurement range is 0 m/s。 It is composed of a hot ball probe and a measuring instrument. The probe has a glass ball with a diameter of 0.6mm, which is surrounded by a nickel chromium wire ring for heating the glass ball and two thermocouples in series. The cold end of the thermocouple is connected without repeated input; It can calculate some data. It is connected to the phosphorus copper pillar and is directly exposed to the air flow. When a certain amount of current passes through the heating ring, the temperature of the glass ball increases. The degree of increase is related to the wind speed, and the degree of increase is large when the wind speed is small; On the contrary, the degree of increase is small. The magnitude of the rise is indicated by the thermocouple on the ammeter. According to the reading of the meter, check the correction curve to find out the wind speed (m/s)

2. Usage

① before use, observe whether the pointer of the meter points to the zero point. If there is an offset, gently adjust the mechanical adjusting screw of the meter to make the pointer return to the zero point

② set the correction switch to the off position

③ insert the plug of the measuring rod into the socket, place the measuring rod vertically upward, press the screw plug tightly to seal the probe, place the correction switch at the full position, and slowly adjust the full adjustment knob so that the pointer of the meter is at the full position

④ set the correction switch to the zero position, and slowly adjust the coarse adjustment and fine adjustment buttons to make the meter pointer point to the position of whether the relaxation experimental machine has the zero point of the intelligent control system

⑤ after the above steps, gently pull the plug. If it is landfill, expose the probe of the measuring rod (the length can be selected according to needs), and make the red dot on the probe face the wind direction. According to the reading of the electric meter, check the correction curve, and then find out the measured wind speed

⑥ after measuring for several minutes (about 10min), the above steps ③ and ④ must be repeated once to standardize the current in the instrument; ⑦ After measurement, the correction switch should be placed in the off position

3. Precautions
