in the nearly 100 year development process of glass bottle infusion, despite several improvements, the glass bottle has always been unable to get rid of the common defects of glass, such as fragile and not conducive to transportation, poor sealing of the mouth, easy chip falling during puncture, the need to form an air circuit during infusion to increase secondary air pollution, and so on. In order to solve this problem, our country began to study the use of polymer plastics to make infusion packaging as early as the 1980s. At first, PVC flexible packaging infusion bags were used in large quantities. These products are free of falling objects, light in weight, strong in impact resistance and develop rapidly. However, PVC flexible packaging bag material contains PVC monomer, which is not conducive to human health, and because the material is thick and not easy to process, its oxygen and water vapor transmission is high, and its tensile strength is poor, which greatly limits its application in infusion packaging

I. detection of air permeability and moisture permeability of infusion bag film

the research and control of air permeability and moisture permeability of infusion bag film is particularly important in the infusion flexible packaging industry, which directly affects the quality of products.
