IV. The Application of Microsoft Project 98 in printing scheduling I. The Application of Microsoft Project 98 in current computer software, there have been many application software related to time control, cost and resource allocation, and each application software has its specially enhanced functions. When Microsoft Project 1.0 designed for Windows operating system came out in 1990, this project management application software grew rapidly in the market. Microsoft also improved the version of project when it launched Windows95. As early as Microsoft Project 4.0, Microsoft widely used e-mail to deliver project information. Including work assignment and progress tracking, it can be said to be the pioneer of "group management". In recent years, the framework of "enterprise road" and "international road" has developed mature, making the tentacles of information far away from the Buddha world. It is the bright future of "group management" and "information communication" in the future, and it will win the first opportunity in the market competition. The design goal of Microsoft Project 98 is to meet the new needs of consumers and make Microsoft Project 98 a complete project management tool in the organization. The goal of Microsoft Project 98 is to provide users and enterprise systems with the best-selling and most complete project management application software in the world. On the computer screen, Gantt chart can clearly show the actual and expected operation status in the form of chart. (Figure 3) 3 Other forms can get the printed materials from the window. These materials must be input by personnel, which is conducive to the output of the report. The forms include: basic list of printed materials, printed materials, etc. This form can be selected in the window. (3) Print form report analysis, but these orders are also mostly chicken ribs. Based on the above information, we can create some basic reports.
