Analysis and case study on the informatization of printing production scheduling 2

IV. The Application of Microsoft Project 98 in printing scheduling I. The Application of Microsoft Project 98 in current computer software, there have been many application software related to time control, cost and resource allocation, and each application software has its specially enhanced functions. When Microsoft Project 1.0 designed for Windows operating system came out in 1990, this project management application software grew rapidly in the market. Microsoft also improved the version of project when it launched Windows95. As early as Microsoft Project 4.0, Microsoft widely used e-mail to deliver project information. Including work assignment and progress tracking, it can be said to be the pioneer of "group management". In recent years, the framework of "enterprise road" and "international road" has developed mature, making the tentacles of information far away from the Buddha world. It is the bright future of "group management" and "information communication" in the future, and it will win the first opportunity in the market competition. The design goal of Microsoft Project 98 is to meet the new needs of consumers and make Microsoft Project 98 a complete project management tool in the organization. The goal of Microsoft Project 98 is to provide users and enterprise systems with the best-selling and most complete project management application software in the world. (Note 1) (I) establishment of internal data when the salesman receives the formal order from the customer and takes the manuscript and relevant attachments back to the company, the staff of the control center should check the manuscript with the salesman, establish the production specifications and production information, and open various preliminary work forms. At this time, the print will officially enter the production process of the factory. 1. Basic information of the print. This information includes: print name, order date, delivery date, print quantity, production specification and basic information of the print. 2. Operation arrangement when the basic data is established, the personnel of the control center will plan the production process according to the needs of the printed copies. In this paper, the manufacturing process is divided into: manuscript production, color separation and page assembly, plate making, printing operation, binding processing and other steps. The above steps are the basic process of general printing, and the appropriate production process can be selected according to the needs of printing. The estimated time of each print is displayed in the form of Gantt chart of scheduling progress, which is conducive to tracking the progress of future prints. 3. Operation time the establishment of operation time in this paper is replaced by virtual time because of the limited writing time and the difficulty in obtaining the information of the printing factory. For the actual establishment method, please refer to the establishment of standard production capacity mentioned in Article 3. (2) After the above basic internal data are input, the printing progress tracking and control is set as the standard operation time of the production process, but the actual production operation is not carried out as expected. This scheduling system will be able to compare the actual and expected operation time of the printing, and use Gantt chart and form report to display its current status. The description is as follows: 1 The Gantt chart scheduling schedule of printing work is combined with the Gantt chart to show the schedule of printing progress. And with the Gantt chart, we can better understand the progress of the work schedule. (Figure 2) 2 What the Gantt chart of print tracking shows is that compared with the expected operation time, it can be known that the print is delayed or ahead of schedule, and the controller can make urgent and effective arrangements based on this information. On the computer screen, Gantt chart can clearly show the actual and expected operation status in the form of chart. (Figure 3) 3 Other forms can get the printed materials from the window. These materials must be input by personnel, which is conducive to the output of the report. The forms include: basic list of printed materials, printed materials, etc. This form can be selected in the window. (3) Print form report analysis, but these orders are also mostly chicken ribs. Based on the above information, we can create some basic reports. As follows: 1 The print list report includes print number, order date, quantity, delivery date, etc. (Figure 4) 2 The printing process operation report includes printing number, order date, quantity, delivery date, estimated start time, completion time, use of printing machine and key points. (Figure V) 3 The print progress tracking report includes the print number, name, material tensile testing machine of Jinan new era assay instrument Co., Ltd. used to stretch various materials, estimated (actual) start time, completion time, time difference and working state, etc. (Figure VI) 4 The list of printing load of the printing machine includes delivery date, printing number, name, quantity, paper, size and ink color, printing sequence, etc. (Figure 7) 5 The list report of delayed printing progress lists the non machined surface of the delayed printing base without flow marks after painting according to the printing tracking report. (Figure VIII) 6 The content of the production table includes the production completion of daily printed copies, which can be divided into three parts: completed, unfinished and partially completed. 2、 An example of printing scheduling is introduced. The content of this example will refer to the Microsoft Project 98 software attached to the CD

(Figure 8) conclusion a good computerized production scheduling information system can indeed reduce the waste of manpower, accelerate the acquisition of data, and improve the production capacity and the quality of printed products for the company. Although this scheduling system has many advantages when applied to printing production scheduling, it still needs to be noted that there are many kinds of printing materials, so if printing products can be classified and summarized into different production processes, it will be of great help to printing scheduling.
